Hilary Duff is Boho Chic

Hilary Duff belts up in a halter maxidress while out shopping in Glendale, Calif., on Monday.

How has the 20-year-old singer/actress been toning her body for summer? She does Pilates workouts three times weekly “for flexibility and toning” and gets her cardio boost from doing Piloxing (a combo of Pilates and boxing).

Says Hil, “I was a gymnast before, so I was a bit more bulky in the past. [Now] I have leaner longer muscles, my strength is up.”

This past weekend, the Duffster and her hockey player boyfriend Mike Comrie hit up Villa lounge.
