Hayden Panettiere sports a slick Express jacket while receiving an award from the Mayor of Washington DC on Sunday for encouraging the public about its voting rights.

The 19-year-old Heroes hottie seemed very excited about receiving the award outside the Capitol building and continued to push for her whale of a cause.
