Gossip Girl cutie Taylor Momsen works out a punk-rocker outfit with ripped jeans on the set of her hit TV show in New York City on Monday (February 23).

The 15-year-old actress, who toted around the Be&D “Garbo” bag in turquoise, has recently added a tattoo, opting for a small star slightly under her left armpit. Taylor wore a fairly revealing outfit to the Jen Kao presentation during fashion week , giving us a quick peek at the new artwork!
