The 19-year-country cutie finished off her look with Neil Lane jewels, VBH clutch and Louboutin shoes.

During the ceremony, Taylor sat next to Keith Urban and BFF Kellie Pickler.

Taylor is nominated for two awards tonight – Top Female Vocalist and Album of the Year (for Fearless).
