Katy Perry looks blue-tiful as she hits the red carpet at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards held at Universal Studios’ Gibson Amphitheatre on Sunday (June 6) in Universal City, Calif.

The 25-year-old “California Gurls” singer wore a sparkly Zuhair Murad dress paired with Rock & Republic gray heels.
