Ke$ha hits the red carpet at the 2010 Annual MuchMusic Video Awards held on Sunday (June 20) in Toronto, Canada.

The 23-year-old pop star, who carried around a tribal cane, got the entire crowd going crazy while performing her hit single “TiK ToK”.
