Cate Blanchett: Helpmann Awards with Andrew Upton!

Cate Blanchett and husband Andrew Upton come out to support their Syndey Theatre Group at the 2010 Helpmann Awards held at the Sydney Opera House on Monday (September 6) in Sydney, Australia.

The annual Helpmann Awards recognize distinguished artistic achievement and excellence in the many disciplines of Australia’s vibrant live performance sectors, including musical theatre, contemporary music, comedy, opera, classical music, theatre, dance and physical theatre.

STG was nominated for two awards — Paul Charlie (A Streetcar Named Desire) for Best Sound Design and Kathryn Hunter (Kafka’s Monkey) for Best Female Actor in a Play.
