The-Dream & Tricky Stewart Producing Jessica Simpson's Christmas Album -- EXCLUSIVE

Jessica Simpson heads out of the Ritz Carlton hotel with her boyfriend, former pro football player Eric Johnson, in New York City on Friday afternoon (September 10).

The 30-year-old singer, who was later seen catching a departing flight out of JFK airport, has been working hard on a new Christmas album.

“[My Price of Beauty co-star Cacee Cobb] is working on it with me. She A&R’ed my country record and my record before that.” Jessica told JustJared.com excitedly. “And I’m working with The Dream and Tricky Stewart who are amazing producers. They just did like Katy Perry‘s last record. Beyonce‘s ‘Single Ladies’ and Rihanna‘s ‘Umbrella’.”

Will the album be all remakes of old songs?

“I’m writing as well,” Jessica added. “I’ve already had a Christmas record so I’m gonna write some new material. And there are some huge surprises that are gonna happen. Duets!”

We loved Jessica‘s first Christmas album Rejoyce, so we can’t wait to hear her new stuff!
