Innocent: Taylor Swift's VMAs Performance!

Taylor Swift performs her new song “Innocent” during the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards held at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (September 12) in Los Angeles.

The 20-year-old country star sang poignant words of forgiveness referring to Kanye West‘s infamous VMA interruption from the 2009 MTV VMAs. (The song will be on Taylor‘s upcoming album, Speak Now.)

“Who you are is not what you did,” sang Taylor, who wore a D&G dress. “32 is still growing up now … you’re still an innocent.”

She continued, “It’s all right, just wait and see. Your string of lights is still bright to me. You’re still an innocent.” Video below!
