The 23-year-old Gossip Girl actress donned a fully sequined black cocktail dress with peek-a-boo shoulders from Elie Saab. Talk about working the hell out of a dress!!!

30 Rock‘s Alec Baldwin would agree. When asked who he would like to see in naked in one of PETA’s “I’d Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur” ads, he told E!, “Wow, that’s a very personal question. [Laughs]. I don’t think I should names�”Blake Lively. It’s wrong of me to say anyone�”Blake Lively.” Ha!
