The 43-year-old actress recently wrapped work on Private Practice for the holidays while the cast and crew take a much deserved break to be with their loved ones.

“Tw’orld! I’m officially off the clock!” Kate tweeted earlier this week. “I will be chillin’ like bob dylan for the holidays.”
