Lindsay Lohan Works Up A Sweat

Lindsay Lohan flashes a smile as she goes to Equinox for a workout on Wednesday (January 5) in West Hollywood.

The 24-year-old actress carried her cell phone into the gym and left with a magazine, which she used to shield herself from photographers.

Linds left rehab earlier this week after three months of treatment.
