Demi Lovato Leaves Treatment Facility

Demi Lovato flashes a smile while grabbing coffee on Friday (January 28) in Santa Monica, Calif.

The 18-year-old singer and actress has finished treatment and is back in Los Angeles, JustJared.com can confirm.

Demi had checked into a treatment center in November to seek help for “emotional and physical issues.”

She completed her prescribed treatment and an outpatient program near the facility and is now getting back to her regular routine and spending time with her family and close friends, says a source close to Demi.

The Disney star plans to continue to see doctors in L.A. and “focus first and foremost on her well-being.”

“She is so grateful to all of her fans for their unbelievable support,” adds the source, “and looks forward to being able to talk to all of them very soon.”
