The 29-year-old expectant actress left carrying a tote with a Wonder Woman cartoon.

Jess recently shared one of daughter Honor‘s latest milestones.

“I think Honor might be done with naps…oh dear god! No more afterns of productivity or rather tweeting, reading blogs and news on net,” she tweeted.
