Rosie Huntington-Whiteley: I'm Not Engaged to Jason Statham!

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley goes grocery shopping at Whole Foods on Tuesday (March 1) in Los Angeles.

On Sunday, the 23-year-old British model and Transformers actress hit the Vanity Fair Oscar party with boyfriend Jason Statham.

Rosie recently denied the two were engaged after rumors surfaced when she wore a band on her left ring finger.

“No, that’s not an engagement ring,” she told Us Weekly.

As for how their relationship works, Rosie simply said, “I don’t know. Because we love each other.”
