Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and boyfriend Jason Statham head out for some lunch at Joan’s on Third on Wednesday (March 2) in Los Angeles.

Comedians Sarah Silverman and Jeffrey Ross were both eating lunch at an outdoor table when Rosie and Jason walked by and can be seen checking them out!

Rosie recently had to deny rumors that she and Jason are engaged after she wore a ring on her left ring finger.
