Hilary Duff bundles up in a striped sweater as she visits a friend on Sunday (April 3) in Toluca Lake, Calif.

The 23-year-old actress was greeted by her friend’s pup, who ran out to meet her in the driveway.

Last week, Hilary went back to blonde hair after a trip to the Neil George Salon.
