Halle Berry & Gabriel Aubry Work Toward Custody Agreement

Halle Berry stays close to her beau, French actor Olivier Martinez, as they go out to lunch together on Tuesday (April 12) in Los Angeles.

The 44-year-old actress spent the morning at the L.A. County Courthouse, TMZ reports.

Halle and her ex, Gabriel Aubry, put aside their differences to set up a custody agreement for their daughter, Nahla, that both parties could agree with.

The couple made “huge progress,” Judge Mark Juhas said, and “need to stick with it.”

Halle and Gabriel are close to finalizing a custody agreement.
