Jennifer Lawrence: Hunger Games Set Pic!

Jennifer Lawrence walks to the set of her new movie, The Hunger Games, on Thursday (May 26) in Shelby, North Carolina.

The 20-year-old actress was dressed in costume as Katniss Everdeen and wore a simple light blue dress and had her newly darkened hair pulled back.

Also on the set was Liam Hemsworth, who is playing Gale Hawthorne in the movie! Katniss and Gale are longtime friends from Panem’s District 12.

Jennifer recently told EW that she really fell for Katniss as a character. “Listen, I know from the bottom of my heart that I love Katniss. I love her,” she dished.

“It’s kind of like when you have a huge crush on somebody, and it’s almost scary because you don’t want to mess it up and have it not be everything you hope it will be. That’s exactly what I feel about this. I’m terrified. Is it going to be good enough? Am I going to be good enough?” Jennifer added.
