Lea Michele steps out in a red Marchesa dress at the 2011 Emmy Awards held at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live on Sunday (September 18) in Los Angeles.

“I know this is going to sound so by the book … But I love my job and I love my cast. If I could be on Glee forever, I would be,” the 25-year-old actress told Ryan Seacrest during the pre-show.

“We’ll see what happens,” she added. “I know no more than you do.”
