On Friday afternoon (October 28), Ryan and his rumored gal pal Blake Lively were spotted eating pancakes, toast, and biscuits together at Bubby’s in the Tribeca area of New York City. The twosome have been spending a good amount of time together – and were last spotted with each other on Ryan‘s birthday!
