Lindsay has just five days to go before heading to prison to serve her 30-day sentence. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department spokesman Steve Whitmore says Lindsay will essentially be booked on November 9 and released within a day or two because she is a nonviolent offender and the jails are overcrowded.
