Neil Patrick Harris & David Burtka: L.A. Gay Center's 40th Anniversary Gala!

Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka share a sweet moment at the L.A. Gay and Lesbian Center’s 40th Anniversary Gala held at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel on Saturday (November 12) in Los Angeles.

The 38-year-old How I Met Your Mother actor (in Simon Spurr) and his 36-year-old partner were honored with the Rand Schrader Distinguished Achievement Award.

“We are so honored to be here on the 40th anniversary of this incredible and important institution. It’s hard to believe that it’s been 40 years since The Center first invented gays and lesbians,” Neil joked on stage. “We are so happy that they did.”
