Nicole Richie steps out for the unveiling of her House of Harlow 1960 holiday pop-up shop at Fred Segal on Saturday (November 19) in West Hollywood.

The 30-year-old fashionista looked festive in a Halston dress and House of Harlow 1960 accessories at the unveiling.
