Ashlee Simpson rocks a pair of Levi‘s 501 cut off shorts over black tights as she goes out to Coffee Bean on Thursday (December 8) in Los Angeles.

The 27-year-old entertainer picked up a bag of pastries to take home with her.

Ashlee is officially single again after a judge formally terminated her marriage to Pete Wentz in late November. TMZ reports that because the details of the divorce settlement were kept private, we’re not sure who will get primary custody of their son, Bronx, or whether the couple will split time with him.
