Charlize Theron: Indie Impact Award Winner!

Charlize Theron looks gorgeous in green at Variety‘s Indie Impact Award Brunch held at the Parker Resorts on Sunday (January 8) in Palm Springs, Calif.

The 36-year-old Young Adult actress, in Reed Krakoff, was the recipient of the prestigious award, which was given as part of the 2012 Palm Springs Film Festival.

The award “celebrates a performer’s ability to crossover from indies to mainstream studio success.”

The Descendants actress Shailene Woodley also made an appearance at the event.
