Kate Upton Celebrates Her 'SI Swimsuit' Cover

Kate Upton shows off her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover at its launch party on Tuesday (February 14) at Crimson in NYC.

The 19-year-old jetted to Australia to shoot the 2012 cover wearing a barely there bikini.

“That was one of the first photos from the first shoot. It was my favorite swimsuit … I felt sexy in it but confident,” Kate recently shared.

“I have had a great year,” she added. “For me, this is groundbreaking.”

Also pictured: Kate arriving at the Ed Sullivan Theater earlier in the evening to tape another appearance on The Late Show With David Letterman.
