Beyonce Buys Out Ivy Park, Cuts Ties With Topshop's Sir Philip Green Amid Controversy

Beyonce is cutting ties with Sir Philip Green amid controversy.

The “Formation” superstar’s company Parkwood bought out the Topshop tycoon’s 50% stake in Ivy Park, her clothing label she launched in 2016 with the brand, it was revealed on Thursday (November 15).

Philip was recently accused of harassment and bullying.

“After discussions of almost a year, Parkwood has acquired 100% of the Ivy Park brand. Topshop/Arcadia will fulfill the existing orders,” Ivy Park confirmed in a statement.
