This is a separate order from the one Nick was granted alongside sister Angel Carter on Tuesday (November 18). The court prohibits Aaron from contacting Angel, Nick and their families for a year in that order.

Aaron is prohibited from owning firearms, and was ordered to surrender any in his possession after being deemed “too dangerous” to own weapons by hte judge.

“I am devastated by what happened in court today. My sister lied over and over in an effort take away my 2nd amendment rights and she did it on behalf of my brother to silence me talking about how he raped and sexually assaulted multiple women,” Aaron said on social media following that ruling.

Nick has denied the allegations of sexual assault and rape.
