Chance the Rapper Shares Update on Jeremih's Coronavirus Recovery

Jeremih is luckily doing much better after his battle with coronavirus.

The 33-year-old singer’s close friend Chance the Rapper took to Twitter on Thursday (December 3) to reveal that Jeremih will heading home on Friday.

“I AM FILLED WITH PRAISE RIGHT NOW I JUST HEARD MY BROTHER JEREMIH’S VOICE ON THE PHONE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN ALMOST A MONTH,” Chance tweeted.

“HE WILL BE OUT THE HOSPITAL TOMORROW WE GIVE ALL GLORY TO THE FATHER IN JESUS NAME,” he continued.

Chance also shared his appreciation for all the nurses, doctors, and frontline workers who took care of Jeremih during his hospitalization.

“Thank you to the medical staff at northwestern and thank you to everyone who held him up in prayer even when it seemed so grim. We are a testimony,” Chance tweeted.

It was revealed a few weeks ago that Jeremih was fighting for his life in the hospital after being diagnosed with coronavirus.

He was on a ventilator for a few days before being taken off, but was still in “critical condition” in the ICU.

Several days later, Jeremih was transferred out of the ICU as he slowly improved.
