Carey Mulligan Gets to Work Filming New Movie 'She Said' in NYC

Carey Mulligan is hard at work on her new movie!

The 36-year-old Oscar-nominated actress looked ready for business while filming a few scenes for She Said on Saturday afternoon (July 31) in New York City.

For her day on set, Carey sported a brunette wig while wearing a navy jacket, white blouse, and gray scarf.

Carey will be starring in the movie alongside Zoe Kazan.

According to Deadline, Zoe and Carey are set to play reporters Megan Twohey and Jodi Kantor, who were the two journalists who broke the bombshell Harvey Weinstein sex scandal report.

The site added that the film won’t be solely focused on Weinstein or the scandal, but on the “all-women team of journalists who persevered through threats of litigation and intimidation, to break a game-changing story.”

She Said is based on “She Said: Breaking the Sexual Harassment Story That Helped Ignite a Movement.”

If you missed it, Carey will be teaming up with this star for a new Netflix movie.
