Michelle Branch Officially Files For Divorce From Patrick Carney

Michelle Branch and Patrick Carney are officially over.

The 39-year-old singer has filed for divorce from Patrick, according to a report from Billboard.

According to the documents, Michelle cites irreconcilable differences for the divorce compliant, and has also requested an agreed permanent parenting plan for the couple, with herself as the primary residential custodian and the drummer rewarded “reasonable parenting time privileges” and required to pay child support.

The documents do not say anything about the adultery, which Michelle had previously claimed Patrick had committed in their separation announcement.

Michelle and Patrick have been married for three years, tying the knot in April 2019 in New Orleans. They share two young children, a 4-year-old son and 6-month-old daughter.
