Quavo Raises Takeoff's Chain During 'In Memoriam' Tribute at Grammys 2023

Quavo honored Takeoff in a big way at the 2023 Grammy Awards.

The Migos musician raised the late rappers chain high in the air while performing during the In Memoriam segment on Sunday (February 5) at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

Quavo was backed up by Maverick City Music during the portion of the show, which tributed the musicians who had passed away over the course of the past year.

Sheryl Crow, Mick Fleetwood and Bonnie Raitt performed on stage as a tribute to Fleetwood Mac‘s Christine McVie, and Kacey Musgraves performed in honor of Loretta Lynn.

Just last month, Quavo dropped a new song dedicated to his late nephew, who died at the age of 28 after being shot.

In Memoriam Performers Sheryl Crow, Bonnie Raitt, & Mick Fleetwood Walk Carpet at Grammys 2023

Some legendary artists will be performing during the In Memoriam tribute at the Grammys!

Sheryl Crow, Mick Fleetwood, and Bonnie Raitt all walked the red carpet at the 2023 Grammy Awards on Sunday (February 5) at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.

All three of them will be performing during the tribute performance.

Sheryl, Bonnie, and Mick will be performing the Fleetwood Mac song “Songbird” as a tribute to the late Christine McVie.

Kacey Musgraves will be performing “Coal Miner’s Daughter” as a tribute for the late Loretta Lynn.

Quavo will be performing “Without You” as a tribute to his late nephew and Migos groupmate Takeoff.

The Grammys will be hosted by Trevor Noah for the third year in a row. Beyonce leads the nominations with nine nods and you can check out the full list here. The show will be broadcast live on CBS starting at 8pm ET / 5pm PT and you can stream live and on demand on Paramount+.

Ciara, Saweetie & Karol G Glam Up Billboard's Women in Music 2022 - See The Pics!

Ciara shows off a little leg action while arriving for hosting duties for the 2022 Billboard Women in Music event at YouTube Theater on Wednesday night (March 2) in Inglewood, Calif.

The 35-year-old singer, who was declared Woman of the year in 2009, hit the pink carpet along side Karol G and Saweetie, who are both being honored this year.

Saweetie received the Game Changer Award and Karol was honored with the Rule Breaker award.

Other honorees seen at the event included Chart Breaker Award recipient Summer Walker, Icon Award recipient Bonnie Raitt, and Rising Star Award recipient Gabby Barrett.

Sheryl Crow, Jackson Browne, Heidi Klum and Tom Kaulitz, Christina Perri, Ciara‘s husband Russell Wilson and Cade Foehner, who is Gabby‘s husband, were also at the event.

FYI: Ciara wore Roberto Cavalli. Heidi wore Moschino. Saweetie wore Valentino. Gabby wore jewelry by Sterling Forever and EP Jewelry.

Britney Spears Covers Bonnie Raitt's 'Something To Talk About' Live After Lip-Syncing Accusations (Video)

Britney Spears is putting those who think she lip syncs to shame!

The 35-year-old entertainer took the stage at her Las Vegas show this weekend to perform a cover of Bonnie Raitt‘s “Something to Talk About,” and had a message for the shamers.

“So I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately, right? This morning I woke up and I was like, ‘There’s a lot of things going on in the world’ and stuff, but basically I looked and I was like, you know what, the press and the media my whole life … you know, it’s really crazy, one minute they tear you down and they’re really horrible, and the next minute you’re on top of the world, you know?” Britney prefaced the song. “I’ve never really spoke about it, you know, and I’m a Southern girl. I’m from Louisiana. I’m from the South and I like to keep it real, so I want to just make sure I keep having you motherf�”ers something to talk about, okay?”

Chris Stapleton rocks out on guitar during his performance at the 2016 Grammy Awards held at the Staples Center on Monday (February 15) in Los Angeles.

The 37-year-old country singer was joined by Gary Clark Jr. and Bonnie Raitt as they paid tribute to the late B.B. King with “The Thrill is Gone.”
