The New Kids on the Block are back!

The pop icons just announced a brand new album, Still Kids, due out on May 17, their first full-length studio album from the New Kids in 11 years.

The album features 14 new tracks including the lead single, “Kids,” and features “pop anthems, dance tracks, love songs, and grooves that will become fast favorites for the Blockheads,” per the official release.

The band, also known as NKOTB, first formed in 1984 and pumped out massive hits from the late ’80s to early ’90s, selling more than 80 million records worldwide, and even performing at the Super Bowl halftime show in 1991.

While the group initially disbanded in 1994, they reunited for a record in 2007 and tour the following year, and they also toured with the Backstreet Boys from 2010 to 2012.

The New Kids on the Block are back!

Jonathan Knight, Joey McIntyre, Jordan Knight, Danny Wood, and Donnie Wahlberg all hit the red carpet at the at the 2021 American Music Awards on Sunday (November 21) at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.

The five piece boy band will be joining New Edition on the stage for a performance later in the night.

The 2021 American Music Awards will air live on Sunday (November 21) beginning at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.

The guys from New Kids on the Block perform in the middle of the rain for Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve on Monday (December 31) in New York City.

Jonathan Knight, Donnie Wahlberg, Jordan Knight, Joey McIntyre, and Danny Wood performed on the Times Square red steps and miraculously didn’t slip despite them being soaked with water.

Appropriately, the guys sang “Step By Step” on the steps and then segued to the main stage while performing a medley of their hit songs.

Donnie‘s wife Jenny McCarthy, one of the co-hosts of the special, joined them on stage after the performance to jump around with them.

New Kids On The Block are it again with another new track from their upcoming EP, Thankful, due out everywhere on May 12th.

The track is the band’s – Donnie Wahlberg, Joey McIntyre, Danny Wood, Jordan Knight and Jonathan Knight – title track from the EP, which is dedicated to their longtime fans.

“Driving my car listening to #Thankful today, so many of your faces flashed through my mind. More tears & gratitude than you know. #BHLove ❤️,” Donnie tweeted.

New Kids on the Block will also embark on a North American tour this summer in support of Thankful. The Total Package Tour will feature Boyz II Men and Paula Abdul and kicks off May 12th at the Schottenstein Center in Columbus, Ohio.

Jenny McCarthy strikes a pose as she gets ready to host Singled Out…Again on her SiriusXM show Dirty, Sexy, Funny with Jenny McCarthy on Thursday (February 12) in New York City.

The 42-year-old TV personality was joined by her husband Donnie Wahlberg and his New Kids on the Block bandmate Danny Wood as they helped her host the dating game in celebration of its 20th anniversary – Singled Out originally premiered on MTV in 1995.
