Hayden Panettiere is understandably having a very emotional return to the promotional junket for her new movie, Scream 6.
The 33-year-old actress appeared on Good Morning America following the tragic news of the death of her brother, Jansen Panettiere, who unexpectedly died at the age of 28 last month in New York.
After Michael Strahan offered his condolences at the end of the interview, Hayden began to tear up.
“He’s right here with me,” she emotionally said, choking up.
Her brother is best known for acting roles in Even Stevens, Blues Clues, The Last Days of Summer, Robots and Ice Age: The Meltdown, among others.

TMZ broke the news, reporting that he passed away over the weekend. The news was confirmed by a source from the Panettiere family.
