Jerry Stiller‘s former co-stars are paying tribute to the comedian on social media, after learning of his passing.

Jason Alexander, Kevin James, Leah Remini, and many others shared their memories of the star.

“Such sad news that my beloved friend, Jerry Stiller, has passed,” Jason wrote on Twitter. “He was perhaps the kindest man I ever had the honor to work beside. He made me laugh when I was a child and every day I was with him. A great actor, a great man, a lovely friend. #RIPJerryStiller I Love you.”

Kevin and Leah, who starred with Jerry on King of Queens, also shared tributes to Jerry.

“One of the most kind, loving, and funny people to ever grace this earth. Thank you for so many incredible memories. I love you and miss you. Requiescat in pace.🙏” Kevin posted on Instagram with a photo of the two.

Jerry‘s son Ben Stiller shared the news of his father’s passing this morning.

Famed comedian Jerry Stiller has passed away at the age of 92.

His son, Ben Stiller, confirmed the news on his Twitter account.

“I’m sad to say that my father, Jerry Stiller, passed away from natural causes. He was a great dad and grandfather, and the most dedicated husband to Anne for about 62 years. He will be greatly missed. Love you Dad,” Ben posted on his Twitter account.

Jerry was well known for his work as Frank Costanza on Seinfeld and Arthur Spooner on the King of Queens.

Jerry‘s wife and Ben‘s mom Anne Meara passed away five years ago.

Anne Meara has sadly passed away at age 85.

The actress and comedian died on Saturday (May 23), her husband Jerry Stiller and their son Ben Stiller confirmed to the Associated Press.

Here is the statement that the family released: “The Stiller family is deeply saddened to share the beloved Anne Meara passed away last night at the age of 85. She is survived by her husband and partner in life Jerry Stiller. The two were married for 61 years and worked together almost as long. Anne‘s memory lives on in the hearts of daughter Amy, son Ben, her grandchildren, her extended family and friends, and the millions she entertained as an actress, writer and comedienne.”

Anne is best known for her recurring roles on Archie Bunker’s Place, All My Children, Sex and the City, and The King of Queens. She got her start as part of a comedy duo with Jerry and they were regulars on The Ed Sullivan Show, as well as other programs.
