Katharine McPhee looked stunning over the weekend while making an appearance at a charity event alongside David Foster!

The 40-year-old actress wowed in a gold dress with sheer elements while attending the Gateway Celebrity Fight Night event on Saturday (April 27) in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Katharine and David are getting ready to go back on the road with their ongoing concert tour and they’ll be in places like Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana Ohio, and more before wrapping the run in the New York area.

“I’ve been around forever, so I have a long list of songs that did well and a lot of songs that didn’t do well,” David told the New York Post about the show. “Kat has her Smash repertoire, songs from Waitress on Broadway and her American Idol stint. It’s just a fun-filled night. Sometimes, I make her do a Céline Dion impression, and then that will lead to a Céline song.”

Members of the American Idol family are speaking out to share tributes for Mandisa, who tragically passed away this week at the age of 47.

Mandisa got her big break on season five of Idol and she went on to become a Grammy-winning Christian Gospel singer.

A rep for the singer confirmed that Mandisa was found deceased in her home on Thursday (April 18) and an investigation into her death has been launched.

Katharine McPhee is giving fans a peek into celebrations for her 40th birthday, which turned out to be a week-long party.

The Smash and Country Comfort actress celebrated the big 4-0 alongside friends while spending the day on a private yacht.

“It’s been such a magical week! Thank you all for all the birthday love. I guess turning 29 isn’t so bad 🤣🫶🏻✨,” Katharine jokingly captioned the Instagram post.

Katharine also hosted an extravagant birthday bash where her friend Pia Toscano performed her song “Over It.” She joined her on stage to make it a duet!

“POV: @piatoscano sings your own song at your 40th birthday party and you can’t resist joining in. BEST BIRTHDAY EVER! 💕,” Kat wrote on Instagram.

Elton John always brings together so many celebs during the Academy Awards every year and he hosted yet another star-studded party!

Over 100 celebs were spotted on the red carpet at the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s Oscars Viewing Party on Sunday (March 10) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Elton co-hosted the event with his husband David Furnish, actress Tiffany Haddish, and longtime couple Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka.

The event was held in West Hollywood Park and kicked off with a viewing party during the actual awards show that continued with an after party once the show ended. The party celebrated the launch of The Rocket Fund, a transformative initiative rooted in ending HIV stigma and saving lives.

Katharine McPhee and David Foster‘s son Rennie, who just turned three, has officially made his stage debut!

The longtime couple is currently touring the east coast on their An Intimate Evening with David Foster & Katharine McPhee show and their son Rennie made a special appearance during the Washington, D.C. show on Sunday (February 25).

Rennie went on stage and played at his personal drum set while Daniel Emmet sang “St. Elmo’s Fire” from the movie of the same name.

Katharine shared the video clip on her TikTok page and wrote, “My 3 year old playing drums on stage for the first time. Proud mom!!”

Katharine McPhee and David Foster‘s son Rennie just turned three!

The family took a trip to Disney World in Florida this week to celebrate the special day and Katharine recapped the quick vacation in a video on her TikTok page.

Katharine and David took a break from their concert tour to travel to Orlando for the special day with Rennie. They got to meet Mickey Mouse, go on a bunch of rides, and eat treats like churros during the park outing.

“a day at disney world with my son,” Katharine captioned her video on TikTok.

Katharine said that they enjoyed all of the rides except Astro Orbiter, which made Rennie “sick to his stomach.”

The family came across a musician playing the piano in the park and David gave him his stamp of approval!
