Kaylee DeFer and her beau Michael Fitzpatrick have welcomed their first child together – a baby boy named Theodore Ignatius Fitzpatrick, according to Us Weekly.

The 26-year-old Gossip Girl actress gave birth to her baby on Friday (September 20) at 10:14pm. He weighed in at 8 pounds and 13 ounces.

“Kaylee was a rock star!” Michael, 43, said of the birth.

Michael and his band Fitz and the Tantrums were scheduled to perform a concert the night Kaylee went into labor so they had to cancel.

“Hey, San Diego, unfortunately we will not be playing at 91x fest today because FORTUNATELY there is a baby Fitz coming!” the group wrote on its Facebook page. “Thank you so much for understanding. We hope to make it up to you all soon!”

“We weren’t planning on getting pregnant, so right now we’re just enjoying being pregnant,” the 26-year-old actress told Us Weekly, adding that she and Michael, 42, have no plans of getting married right now.

“We think it’s a boy. Well, the doctor is 95 percent sure it’s a boy,” Kaylee added, saying she is 20 weeks along. “The baby was really shy that day, he was sleeping.”

FYI: Michael is the lead vocalist of the band Fitz and The Tantrums.

Nikki Reed and Paul McDonald keep close as they attend the Rolling Stone AMA After Party held at RSLA on Sunday (November 18) in Los Angeles.

The 24-year-old actress and her 28-year-old hubby were joined by Chord Overstreet, Ashley Tisdale, Derek Hough, Kaylee DeFer, Shaun White, and Louise Roe at the event presented by Nokia and Rdio.

“Just hopped off the plane from Copenhagen to LA…and I’m just in time for the #AMA @RollingStone after party!,” Paul wrote on his Twitter account.

Cillian Murphy suits up for the screening of his film, Red Lights, held at Landmark Sunshine Cinema on Monday (June 25) in New York City.

The 35-year-old Irish actor was joined by the film’s writer and director Rodrigo Cortes.

Red Lights, also starring Sigourney Weaver, Robert De Niro, and Elizabeth Olsen, will hit theaters in New York and Los Angeles on July 13.
