Sandra Bullock stuns in red while backstage at the 2016 People’s Choice Awards held at the Microsoft Theater on Wednesday (January 6) in Los Angeles.

The 51-year-old actress took home the award for Favorite Movie Actress, beating out Anne Hathaway, Scarlett Johansson, Melissa McCarthy, and Meryl Streep.

During her acceptance speech, Sandy recited a speech her son Louis gave to her.

“I would like to say, thank you to the world and thank you to the planet,” she said. Watch her full acceptance speech below!

After months of rumors, Sandra Bullock has confirmed that she added a daughter named Laila (pronounced Lila) to her family!

“When I look at Laila, there’s no doubt in my mind that she was supposed to be here,” the 51-year-old actress told People in her cover story. “I can tell you absolutely, the exact right children came to me at the exact right time.”

Laila is a three-year-old little girl from the Louisiana foster care system. Sandra also has a son Louis, 5, who she adopted in 2010.

“I knew she was scared, and all I wanted was for her to know Louis and I weren’t going anywhere,” Sandra added, saying her daughter has brought a lot of “pink and glitter in the house mixed with Legos and Batmans.”

“My family is blended and diverse, nutty, and loving and understanding,” Sandra continued. “That’s a family.”

Sandra Bullock is shooting down rumors that she has two children.

The 51-year-old actress confirms she did not adopt another child.

“There’s only one adopted child in my household and his name is Louis,” Sandra told AP (via ET Tonight). “If I had a second adopted child, everyone would be hearing about it. I would be loud and clear. And say, ‘Yes, I have officially adopted a second child.’ Right now, Louis must be it.”

Sandra adopted Louis, 5, back in 2010. She says she’s already had conversations with him about racism and other issues.

“He fully understands what that means,” Sandra told BET. “He doesn’t understand why people judge each other based on color of their skin, but he knows they do. He also knows there’s sexism, he knows that there’s homophobia.”

Jesse James is opening up about his split from ex-wife Sandra Bullock and how losing his adopted son Louis was the hardest part of it all.

The couple broke up in early 2010 after five years of marriage when it was revealed that Jesse had been having an affair.

“The relationship part I was able to put [aside],” Jesse said in an interview for In Depth with Graham Bensinger. “I had to stand up in front of the media and take full account for what I did. And I took it all. I took 100 percent of it right on the chin. Nobody does that. Everybody denies it… I’m the guy that ruined my marriage because I banged some stripper. There’s got to be some flaw in my personality that made me think that was okay.”

“The painful part was about Louis, who we adopted,” he added about the son that they adopted in January 2010. “As bad as stuff was between us, we adopted a kid and things got kind of good for a little while and we had that kid to focus on, and, boom, it was over in 24 hours – gone, done.”

“I got divorced and lost a kid I adopted because of it,” Jesse continued while discussing Louis. “Whether that’s fair, whether I should have lost a kid due to infidelity, which I don’t think anybody ever does. But I think with ‘Hollywood Law’ that’s totally fair.”

Sandra Bullock is all smiles as she holds hands with her adorable son Louis while doing some shopping together at the Westfield Century City Mall on Sunday (February 9) in Los Angeles.

The 49-year-old actress and Louis were joined by Sandra‘s sister, pastry chef Gesine, as they made their way to the movie theater to catch a screening of The Lego Movie.

Sandra Bullock celebrates Thanksgiving a day early with her adorable son Louis at a holiday party held in a local park on Wednesday (November 27) in Los Angeles.

The 49-year-old actress wore a feather crown to be a bit festive at the party and was seen giving Louis a sweet kiss in front of his friends.

She ended up getting my shifts because I had such bad attendance. Sandra was incredibly popular, she would’ve won Miss Congeniality at the restaurant. Everybody loved her.”
