The video features lead singer Martin Johnson writing the lyrics to the song all over an acoustic guitar.

“Life of the Party,” which was previously released on Boys Like Girls‘ EP over the summer, will be featured on the band’s upcoming album Crazy World, which hits stores everywhere on December 11.

On New Year’s Eve, Ashley and Martin partied at Lady Gaga and her father’s new restaurant, Joanne Trattoria.

Martin just posted a blog entry about non-profit To Write Love On Her Arms. TWLOHA is part of a competition called Givapalooza by SocialVibe to win $20,000 for IM Alive, the first online peer to peer support system fighting against depression and suicide.

Martin said, “Personal experiences with suicide have been a huge part of my life and have truly impacted who I have grown into as a person.
