The 34-year-old Spanish actress attended the grand slam event with her pal, French model Nora Arnezederr.
Elsa attended the match between Spanish player Rafael Nadal and Antonio Veic, which Rafa won in three straight sets.
Earlier in the week, Elsa lent her support to cancer research by presenting a check to the Sandra Ibarra Solidarity Foundation and the Cancer Research Foundation FERO at ABC Museum in Madrid, Spain.
