One half of the Olsen Twins continues to sport some unusual fashion trends while out and about Los Angeles on Saturday.

Mary-Kate, 22, was seen petting a friend’s dog while wearing a gray hobo chic (or un-chic?) robe. After eating at Cafe Vida in the Pacific Palisades, she hopped into her waiting car. But not before covering her face!

Later in the evening, MK was seen getting into the festive spirit with a pair of plastic yellow Santa sunglasses. She enjoyed a festive night out with friends at the Bardot lounge in West Hollywood.

Ashley Olsen sports some very casual wear while out and about in New York City on Tuesday — Nike sneakers!

The 22-year-old Olsen twin also toted around her favorite vintage (and very rare) Fendi Crocodile Tote Bag.

Last week, Ashley schmoozed with Boston fashionistas at the Institute of Contemporary Art at an event honoring young American designers.

Ashley Olsen and Mary-Kate Olsen have a book signing session for their new book, “Influence,” on Wednesday at Borders books store in Westwood, Calif.

PETA protesters held signs outside the bookstore, calling the Ashley and Mary-Kate “Fur Hags From Hell,” and “Trashley Olsen Fur Tramps.”

Their book “Influence,” features their interviews with Von Furstenberg, Karl Lagerfeld, Francisco Costa, Richard Prince and Lauren Hutton. In each interview, the Olsen twins explore what inspires the interviewee and the interviewee, in turn, explains how they became themselves.

Mary-Kate Olsen gets into a fender bender on Monday afternoon after leaving the Open Door furniture store on Melrose Ave.

The 22-year-old Olsen twin’s gal pal accidentally backed her Toyota Prius into an El Pollo Loco employee’s car. MK’s friend and the employee were seen exchanging insurance information.

Mary-Kate was obviously annoyed by the situation and the paparazzi. She snapped, “Get out of the f—ing window. Are you kidding me? You guys are…”

The videographer finished off her sentence and joked, “Animals! Yeah, animals. I’m a cow. Moooooooooo!!!!!” It’s actually quite a humorous video. Watch it below!

Mary-Kate Olsen plays her usual camera-shy self as she makes a mad dash into Villa Lounge in West Hollywood on Saturday.

MK and twin sister Ashley, 22, apparently have clashing work ethics. “Ashley really wants to be a respected businesswoman and be taken seriously,” a pal tells In Touch. “MK does too, but she hasn’t been willing to give up her lifestyle and act like an adult for their job.”

Tattles the source, “Ashley came to a difficult decision. She decided that MK should not be involved with [the couture end of their joint fashion empire] The Row. She asked her sister to step back from her current responsibilities until she has her personal life together… It’s tough because The Row was so much of Mary-Kate’s idea.”

MK will reportedly focus on their more affordable line, Elizabeth and James.

Last Thursday, Mary-Kate Olsen told America that That Hills star Spencer Pratt had a bad temper.

The day after, Spencer retaliated by calling MK the uglier of the Olsen twins.

Now, digging back into the archives of Details magazine, Spencer proudly admitted in a 2007 interview with that mag that he “made $50,000 in high school by selling a photo he took of Mary-Kate drinking at a party.”

Is that the photo here pictured to the left??? $50,000????? Maybe the $100,000 figure Spencer told Letterman for making a club appearance doesn’t sound so far-fetched after all…

Mary-Kate’s new indie film, The Wackness, opens in limited release this Thursday, July 3.

The Hills resident bad boy Spencer Pratt is lashing out against Mary-Kate Olsen, who commented to David Letterman Thursday that Spencer had a bad temper.

MK mentioned that Spencer played soccer at her high school and “he does not have a good temper. He would walk off the field.”

But Spencer tells Us Weekly that Mary-Kate went to Campbell Hall in North Hollywood while he attended Crossroads School in Santa Monica.

Here’s what Spencer said in retaliation: “I don’t really get why she’d use my name to get press for her little indie film that no one’s going to see. She should probably focus more on not getting dressed in the dark than on me… I know I’ve made it in Hollywood when a famous troll is talking about me on Letterman. I forgive her, though. She’s had to go through life as the less cute twin, which must be tough.”
