Backstreet Boys singer AJ McLean and his wife Rochelle Deanna Karidis have welcomed their first child – a baby girl named Ava Jaymes!

“We are all doing well and are thrilled to welcome Ava to the world,” the 34-year-old singer told In Touch.

Rochelle gave birth to their baby girl on Tuesday (November 27) at 4:51am in Los Angeles. Ava weighed in at 7lbs and 7oz.

AJ and Rochelle announced the exciting news that they were expecting a child in a YouTube video back in April.

AJ and Rochelle got married in December of last year at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

The 33-year-old singer married model Rochelle DeAnna Karidis in a ceremony officiated by photographer pal Tyler Shields on Saturday (December 17) at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills, Calif.

People reports that the twosome “exchanged vows under a gazebo adorned with white hydrangeas, while guests were surrounded by warm elements like romantic chandeliers.” Gorgeous!

After the ceremony, guests headed to the hotel’s Crystal ballroom for dinner and dancing.

AJ proposed back in January of 2010 while celebrating his 32nd birthday in Las Vegas.
