Debra Messing and son Roman, 14, hit the red carpet at the opening of Ain’t Too Proud: The Life and Times of The Temptations on Thursday night (March 21) at the Imperial Theatre in New York City.

The 50-year-old Will & Grace star was also joined at the opening night celebration by Josh Groban and girlfriend Schuyler Helford.

Other stars at the opening included Danielle Brooks, Michael Urie and Torch Song co-star Michael Rosen, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.‘s Blair Underwood, Real Housewives of New York City‘s Jill Zarin, Broadway star Todrick Hall, and former royal Sarah Ferguson.

The musical follows the life and times of The Temptations and will run on Broadway through November.

Cast members James Harkness, Ephraim Sykes, Jeremy Pope, Derrick Baskin, and Jawan M. Jackson all walked the carpet following the performance!

The 50-year-old Will & Grace star looked super glam in a purple dress as she attended the event where she was honored with the Founder’s Award.

Debra Messing was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame today!

The 49-year-old actress dazzled in a metallic gold dress and matching heels for the ceremony held on Friday (October 6) in Hollywood.

Debra was joined by her Will & Grace co-stars Eric McCormack and Megan Mullally, as well as Will & Grace creator/executive producer Max Mutchnik.

Also in attendance were Connie Britton, Mariska Hargitay, and Sophia Bush.

Debra‘s 13-year-old son Roman was there to support his mom as well. He gave her a big hug as they posed on top of her star!

“Va-va-va-voom @therealdebramessing getting a #star on the hollywood walk of fame this morning!” Megan shared on Instagram. “A class act in every way 🌞 i love you, deb �’�.”

Debra Messing‘s son Roman has grown up so much!

The 48-year-old actress brought her 12-year-old son with her to Women’s Project Theater’s Annual Gala on Monday night (March 27) hosted at The Edison Ballroom in New York City.

During the gala, Debra was honored for her commitment to advancing women’s narratives and to sharing women’s voices on stage, in film and on television.

Later in the evening, BBC Worldwide North America President Ann M. Sarnoff was also honored.

“What an extraordinary night, celebrating women’s voices in the theatre and pushing boundaries. It was a huge honor to have been acknowledged by this vital & magnificent organization,” Debra wrote on her Instagram after the event.

FYI: Debra is wearing a Michael Kors Collection gown.

Former Will & Grace star Debra Messing celebrated the first birthday of Mariska Hargitay‘s son, August, at the Central Park birthday bash on Sunday. But it doesn’t look like Debra enjoyed the food so much, turning a sour face and spitting out her bow-tie pasta! PTOOIE!!!

Debra, 38, joked around with proud mommy Mariska while her son Roman, 3, blew bubbles with baby August.
