Jesse Williams and Solange Knowles arrive at the Essence Black Women In Music Event held at the Greystone Manor Supperclub on Wednesday (February 6) in West Hollywood, Calif.

The 31-year-old actor and Solange, 26, were joined at the event by Amber Riley, Keke Palmer, NeNe Leakes, Tahj Mowry, Estelle, Kelis, Sabi, and Dawn Richard.

“Essence Black Women in Music event today :),” Amber wrote on her Twitter account. “I’m feeling better and über excited to go support my peers tonight!”

Sabi is currently in the studio recording her debut album with producer Dr. Luke, who also worked on “Where They Do That At” along with Cirkut.

Sabi previously collaborated with Cobra Starship on “You Make Me Feel …” and Britney Spears‘ “(Drop Dead) Beautiful.”

The video features snapshots of a bearded Robin Williams and his daughter Zelda – both are old family friends of Cobra keytarist Victoria Asher. Other bandmates include Ryland Blackinton, Nate Novarro, and Alex Suarez.

Sabi hits the red carpet at KIIS FM’s Wango Tango 2011, held at Staples Center on Saturday (May 14) in Los Angeles.

The rapper, who performed “You Make Me Feel…” with Cobra Starship at the show, chatted with JustJared.com before hitting the stage! Sabi and Cobra Starship will shoot the video for the song later this month in NYC.

Sabi dished on who she is as an entertainer: “I come from a blue-collar family – my mom was an immigrant and…everything we got, we worked really hard for. So I like to think of myself as real!”

As for her first meeting with Britney, Sabi summed it up by saying “It was dope!”
