Susan Boyle is making a stunning return.

The 62-year-old singer, who suffered a stroke a year ago that left her unable to speak or sing, returned to the stage of Britain’s Got Talent for an incredible performance.

Susan joined the West End cast of Les Misérables for a performance of the song that first catapulted her to superstardom, “I Dreamed a Dream.”

“It feels great. It’s extra special for me, actually. Because last April there, I suffered a minor stroke,” she revealed.

“Tonight I had the privilege of returning to @bgt and performing with the wonderful cast of @lesmizofficial. This evening was even more special for me as in April of 2022 I had a stroke. For the past year I have worked so hard to get my speech and singing back, with the sole aim of being able to sing on stage again & tonight my hard work & perseverance paid off, singing the song that started it all, ‘I Dreamed A Dream’” she wrote on her Instagram.

She also performed the song a few years ago on another big talent show.

For her performance in the finals, the 57-year-old singer wowed the audience and the judges with her vocals once again.

Simon Cowell was there to witness Susan‘s first audition and he opened up about that day while commenting on her latest performance.

“That really, really took me back all those years. I can remember vividly how disgusting I was on the day before you sang. And then what you did and what happened afterwards,” Simon said. “That was fantastic and you are a champion.”

The winner of the competition will be announced during the finale next week.

The 57-year-old singer become a global phenomenon in 2009 when she sang the Les Miserables song “I Dreamed a Dream” on Britain’s Got Talent and blew everyone away with the power of her voice.

Susan came in second place and she went on to sell millions of records around the world.

Now, Susan is one of 50 contestants from Got Talent franchises around the globe who are competing in this new spin-off series. For her first performance, she sang “Wild Horses” and Mel B gave her golden buzzer to advance her directly to the finals!

The first-ever season of America’s Got Talent: The Champions is about to begin and some of our favorite contestants from years past are returning to compete!

The show will feature 50 of the best acts from Got Talent franchises around the world, including America’s Got Talent season 12 winner Darci Lynne Farmer and season 5 runner-up Jackie Evancho.

Britain’s Got Talent‘s first winner Paul Potts, the opera singer who inspired the movie One Chance, and global superstar Susan Boyle are also going to compete.

For the first five weeks, 10 contestants will perform and two acts will advance to the finals. There will be seven episodes in the special edition of the series.

Susan Boyle has reportedly been attacked by a bunch of young people.

The 56-year-old Britain’s Got Talent singer was “hounded” by a group of 15 teenagers in her town of West Lothian, Scotland, according to The Mirror.

The report claims they threw a burning piece of paper at her, and in another attack, threw stones at the bus she was on.

Apparently, this has been an ongoing thing, and they called her an “old ugly bitch” at the Mill Centre shopping mall recently.

“Since finding fame she has been getting hassle off the youngsters,” one of Susan‘s neighbors told the outlet. “They go up and down this road. You or I could handle it but with Susan‘s condition [she has Asperger syndrome] it makes it harder. It seems to come and go with the youngsters. The other neighbors will chase them off if they see anything.”

What a horrible story. We hope this gets resolved soon for her sake.

Susan Boyle, the singer who stunned audiences with her amazing singing voice years ago, was reportedly removed from Heathrow Airport in London, England by ambulance on Monday (April 25).

The 55-year-old singer apparently had an incident in the British Airways lounge and airline workers responded to reports of a “distressed woman,” TMZ reports.

Witnesses tell the site that Susan threw a “massive tantrum.”

Susan was taken to the hospital and evaluated. Her rep says her Asperger’s Syndrome caused the outburst. She is now reportedly at home resting.

The 54-year-old singer, who rose to fame after auditioning for Britain’s Got Talent, wore a controversial Native American headdress for her afternoon at the festival.

Late last year, Susan revealed that she had her first boyfriend.

“I don’t want to say any more about who he is right now as that would be unfair on him,” she said. “All I’ll say is we are around the same age and he was a very nice guy.”
