Sombr Chips His Tooth Again During Concert, Reveals How It Happened
Sombr has suffered another unexpected mishap while performing on stage.
The 21-year-old “Back to Friends” singer revealed that he chipped his tooth during his concert at Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on Tuesday night (November 3).
The incident happened during a stop on his You Are the Reason Tour, and the musician had a pretty funny reaction when he realized what had happened.
According to People, Sombr, whose real name is Shane Michael Boose, accidentally hit his tooth with a water bottle while attempting to take a sip.
The singer stopped to address the audience and explain what went wrong.
Sombr Explains His Onstage Accident
After asking a fan to lend him a phone so he could examine his tooth using the camera, Sombr confirmed that he had chipped his tooth.
Rather than letting the accident ruin the show, he joked with the audience about his latest dental mishap.
“Make some noise for me. I’m really tough. Rock star,” he told the crowd, according to People.
He also joked that he was speaking with a lisp and brought back his nickname “Thombr,” which he previously adopted after another chipped-tooth incident. Watch footage from after the incident right here.
Despite the accident, Sombr continued performing and even showed off his tooth to the cameras throughout the remainder of the concert.
This Isn’t the First Time Sombr Has Chipped a Tooth
Surprisingly, this wasn’t the first time the musician had experienced a similar accident while performing.
During a November 2025 concert at Brooklyn Steel in New York City, Sombr revealed that he had chipped a tooth for the third time.
He previously explained that another incident happened during a show in Los Angeles, when he jumped from a ledge and accidentally struck his tooth with his microphone.
The musician also shared a video in March 2025 showing a tooth falling out while performing his hit “Back to Friends.”
Sombr is currently touring in support of his debut album, I Barely Know Her, which was released in August 2025.
His You Are the Reason Tour continues with a show in Chicago on Wednesday (November 4), followed by additional concerts across North America. Get all the tour dates and ticket details right here.
