Sophia Bush hits up the celebration of the I “Heart” Ronson collection on Thursday (August 20) at The Lighthouse at New York City’s Chelsea Piers.

JCPenney enlisted Charlotte Ronson to design a collection with them with a sense of downtown New York.

The 27-year-old One Tree Hill actress partied with Alexa Chung, former City star Erin Lucas, The Beautiful Life: TBL co-stars Mischa Barton & Ashley Madekwe and Charlotte‘s twin sister Samantha Ronson, who helped DJ alongside older brother Mark.

The City star Erin Lucas reportedly had a falling out with costar Whitney Port and is therefore leaving the reality series after just one season.

Her rep tells Us Weekly: “It never hurts to try something new, but when you’re born to do something, chances are you’re going to wind up doing it no matter where you detour. The latest proof comes from Erin Lucas, who loved her hosting career and never meant to stray … until The City beckoned. Nice while it — and her friendship with Whitney Port — lasted. But it was hosting she loved, and it is to hosting she returns, blowing kisses to all as she departs the series for her hosting home turf.”

FYI: Erin has already shot some scenes for the second season but will no longer be on the show.

Paris Hilton turns 28 today and she celebrated her birthday at New York City’s Butter Restaurant on Monday (February 17).

Butter owners Richie Akiva and Scott Sartiano organized the intimate dinner followed by a birthday celebration in the restaurant’s pink balloon-filled lounge downstairs. Lil’ sis Nicky Hilton, Mickey Rourke, Aubrey O’Day, Brandon Davis, JC Chasez, Tyrese, Chris Ivery (sans wife Ellen Pompeo), ex-boyfriend, Stavros Niarchos and The City‘s Erin Lucas sang along to 50 Cent‘s “In Da Club” birthday song as the starlet blew out the candles and sparklers of her three-tiered, hot pink cake (made by chef Alexandra Guarnaschelli). Happy birthday, Paris!!!
