The 23-year-old designer and her boyfriend, who began dating in 2008, haven’t been together for “a while,” her rep told Us Weekly. JustJared.com last spotted the couple out together in November of 2009.
Mary-Kate and twin sister Ashley are currently in England checking out London Fashion Week.
